Appetizers: -Foraged wild mushroom and spring asparagus bruschetta topped with Canadian Chevre cheese on a bed of organic sprouts drizzled with sweet pepper aioli. -Thin slices of garden cucumbers wrapped around smoked west coast wild salmon topped with Ontario Brie, peppercorns and a dill sprig. -The Northridge Caesar Salad featuring a teepee of grissini sticks, a parmesano reggiano cheese crisp and our own unique garlic and olive oil dressing.
